About Us

This unique Bed and Breakfast is located on Albany Highway 25 mins from Albany and 20 mins from Mt. Barker in Western Australia.

Our property is a working Angus Beef farm and as you journey up the winding drive you will pass pastures dotted with grazing cattle.

In 2004 the Homestead was built to take in views across Lake Nyandyeetup, a 5 acre body of water enclosed by paperbarks. This lake has provided many different pictures over the seasons and the years as it recedes and fills again. It has bought a large variety of bird and wildlife into our backyard.

Around a part of the lake we have created a beautiful landscaped 5 acre garden to capture the views of both farm land and lake. The remaining edges of the lake are left natural.

Our property is situated just south of the Porongurup National Park. The Amazing Great Southern area offers abundant and natural beauty and breathtaking coastal scenery, along with first class wine and food.

So whether you want to explore walking trails or wine and food trails, swim at pristine beaches or simply relax and soak up the country air….

All you need is to escape to the country!
